All information obtained by Halloween Productions, Inc. including address, email, phone numbers, will not be sold or transferred to any third party however will be used exclusively to promote The Darkness and Creepyworld haunted attractions located in St. Louis, Missouri area. 

Information We Collect and How We Use It
When you place an order or registration with us, we will need to collect your name, e-mail address, shipping address, credit card number and credit card expiration date.  This information allows us to process your order and contact you if necessary. All of your information is stored on a secured server. If you do not wish to register your credit card number online, you may contact the scarefest.com and arrange to place your order over the phone.

If you choose to participate in a contest or a promotion, we may ask for your name, address and phone number in order to administer the contest and notify the winners. If you volunteer to participate in an online survey, we may ask for contact information and possibly additional information such as your interests and demographics. Supplying this information is strictly voluntary. The information is used to provide you with a more personalized shopping experience, including future recommendations and promotions that may be of special interest to you.

When you place an order with us, we share your information with our attraction sites,  to fulfill your orders. We also share sales information with third parties in order to properly process service and returns and perform other administrative duties.
